Where a product shows a crossed-out price, that price is our own regular selling price for the same item on this website.

Currency & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee. Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order, and your order is only accepted once payment has been confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates in business days, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carrier delays, and public holidays. We ship only to the countries shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the terms set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

Product Use

Our products are general wellness and recovery devices intended for personal use at home. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this website is medical advice or a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any condition. Always read the instructions supplied with your product before use, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before using it if you are pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, circulatory disorder, blood clots, an implanted medical device, a recent injury, or any other health concern. Stop using the product and seek advice if you experience discomfort. You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for following the supplied safety instructions.

Warranty

Our products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or unauthorised repairs or modifications. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the fault.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and page design, belongs to Trendzahub or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability
