Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 5-7 business days from dispatch.

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain and Italy. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not able to deliver there yet.

Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays; customs handling in your country may occasionally add a few days.

Any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included
• Contact our support team before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions
• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund
• For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is covered by the customer
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the return arriving

Ordered the wrong kit, or received an item that isn't working as it should? Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. Exchanges for faulty or damaged items are always at our cost.
